The Format
Is this 1:1 or a group setting?
This is in person, working directly with Jordan. Sessions are built around your account, your shop, and your numbers, not a generic curriculum.
Where does this take place?
In person training in Orange County. Details and scheduling get confirmed once your application is reviewed and a call is booked.
How long is the program?
Long enough to get a content system, positioning, and pricing roadmap fully in place and running on its own. This gets covered in detail on the call.
How Sessions Work
What actually happens in a session?
Reviewing your account, your content, and your numbers, then working through what to post, how to position yourself, and when to move on price. Direct feedback on your actual work, not theory.
Do I need to already have a following?
No. Most barbers coming into this start small or from scratch. The system works the same either way, it just shows up faster the more consistent you are.
What if I'm not confident on camera?
That's normal at the start. Scripts and formats are provided so there's never a question of what to say or how to say it.
What To Expect
How fast will I see results?
It depends on consistency. Barbers who show up to sessions and post what's planned tend to see movement in their numbers within the first stretch. The demand tracker shows exactly when those numbers justify a price increase.
Will I have to change how I run my shop?
No. This works alongside whatever you're already doing in the chair. The shift happens in how new clients find you and what they expect to pay before they ever book.
What happens after the application?
Applications get reviewed and a call gets booked to go over your situation, your market, and whether this is the right fit before anything moves forward.

Being busy and being booked at the right price are two different things. This is for barbers who are busy but know they're undercharging for what they're worth.
What if I've tried posting before and it didn't work?
Most barbers who've tried posting before were posting without a strategy behind it. This is a system, not random content, which is the difference between noise and something that compounds.
Is there a guarantee?
Guarantee terms are covered in detail during the call once Jordan understands your specific situation.
Spots are limited, what does that actually mean?
Jordan works directly with each person, so the number of people he can take on in person is naturally capped. Once it's filled, applications go to a waitlist for the next opening.
